How much is shipping?

  • Austria: Free shipping on orders from €119.99. For orders below, a flat rate of €6.90 applies.

  • Germany: Free shipping on orders from €149.99. For orders below, a flat rate of €9.90 applies.

  • European Union: Free shipping on orders from €149.99. For orders below, shipping starts at €14.90.

  • United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders from £125.00 (approx. €149.99). For orders below, a flat rate of £16.50(approx. €19.90) applies.

    • Please note: UK orders may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which must be paid by the customer upon delivery. 

How long does it take?

  • Austria: 2–4 business days.

  • Germany & EU: 3–5 business days.

  • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days.

  • Our current processing time before shipment is 2-4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
